TranslatePress translation issue
-
Hello,
I’m having an issue with TranslatePress on my site:
The site uses TranslatePress for Traditional Chinese translations, which I write manually using the Translate Page option.
Everything was working normally until yesterday. I’m now seeing two related problems:
My Traditional Chinese blog posts show a “Subscribe now to keep reading and get access to the full archive” message instead of the post content. The English versions display normally. Even subscribing or selecting Continue Reading does not make the Chinese content appear.
Some other pages are no longer displaying their Chinese translations and instead remain in English when switching to Chinese.
We have already tried the following troubleshooting:
Confirmed the posts are set to be accessible to everybody.
Checked that there is no Premium Content/paywall block in the posts.
Temporarily disabled the Jetpack Newsletter functionality, but the subscription message continued to appear.
Temporarily deactivated a recently installed YITH plugin, with no change.
Temporarily deactivated the Chatway plugin to check for a plugin conflict, with no change.
Cleared the site/cache.
Ran the TranslatePress gettext database optimization successfully.
Reviewed and tried the relevant TranslatePress troubleshooting options/documentation.
The problem still persists and appears to affect the translated versions specifically.
Could you please help us determine why the translated pages are retaining/displaying this subscription content and why some translations are no longer loading correctly?
If there is a way to refresh, regenerate, or reset the affected translated versions without deleting the existing translations, please let me know.
Thank you.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
