Thanks for reaching out! I took a look at your checkout page, and it’s built with Elementor Pro’s Checkout widget. Since that widget controls the layout of your checkout, the Elementor team is best placed to help you add text above the Place Order button: https://elementor.com/support/
If you’re open to switching to the WooCommerce Checkout block instead, you can add this right in the editor with no code. Just add a Paragraph block above the Place Order button.
