Hi!
We tested your filter on the page https://gift-connect.org/loving-habits/parenting-tips, and everything is working correctly there. Could you please clarify exactly what isn’t working for you? We need more detailed information about the issue.
I did have to go in to try turning things on in the settings: “Enable JavaScript Filter API” in hopes it helps it load. But I did have it turned on prior and then it stopped loading, so I’m willing to try anything for consistency.

However, the filter grid is working correctly at the link you sent us earlier: https://gift-connect.org/loving-habits/parenting-tips. What specific problem are you encountering? The posts are loading correctly on the page!
The “Enable JavaScript Filter API” option does not actually affect the filter’s operation. It is intended for developers working at a lower level in cases where the standard features are insufficient.
Ok, I’m not sure the best thing to do is then. I will untick that feature and perhaps you can diagnosis what’s going on.

Your post grid loads correctly on our end; we do not see any issues with the posts loading. The “Enable JavaScript Filter API” option does not affect the filter’s operation (unless custom JavaScript code was manually written to override the plugin’s core functionality). Please explain in detail what is not working and where the problem lies.
It doesn’t load any more. Can you please look?

You are encountering JavaScript errors during loading. Please check the custom scripts linked to your theme; it is also possible that certain plugins are blocking the loading of the filter plugin’s scripts. This is clearly visible in the console.

Thank you for helping point me in the right direction. It looks like the above sign-up form was blocking the script. I have since removed it.

Hi!
The problem is that JavaScript on your site isn’t working correctly, causing the script to crash and disrupt other scripts. The console on your site page shows a syntax error:

This error is caused by a file:

As a result, subsequent scripts won’t execute and the filter grid won’t work. There’s a broken script on the page that’s interrupting the execution of other scripts.
Yeah, it was the Hubspot sign-up form in the footer. I just removed it.
