I hope you are doing well and sorry to hear you are facing this problem.
Forminator uses the native WordPress mail functions, can you please try to install the https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ plugin and then verify if it is logging the email submissions?
I also suggest checking if regular emails for instance, the reset password emails are properly working.
If not, then you can reach to your hosting support to verify why the email would be failing or configure a SMTP plugin such as Branda > SMTP https://wordpress.org/plugins/branda-white-labeling/

bonjour forminator envoi bien le mail wordpress utilise une fonction php par default en modifiant par le smtp cela fonction. ces dommage sa marche avant comme ca et dupuis plus rien j aurais preferet corriger le probleme sans extention

When you don’t use an SMTP plugin, Forminator uses your hosting transactional email. If it’s not working, you can contact your hosting provider and ask them to check what has happened.
Most hosting providers limit transactional email, and if you send too many emails, you can hit those limits.
