• From my hosting company. Cron jobs were stopped by this error. Not sure if it was somehow casued by a custom order status but the software should not allow interval= 0

    The affected cron event is: schedule_status_custom_status_hook
    That event uses a custom cron schedule called:
    kaosm_cron_schedule

    We traced kaosm_cron_schedule directly to: wp-content/plugins/addify-custom-order-status/
    Most importantly, when we asked WordPress what interval that schedule has, it returned:

    [interval] =>
    [display] => Order Status Cron Schedule

    The interval is empty, effectively giving WordPress a zero interval.

    Addify Custom Order Status registers kaosm_cron_schedule, but that schedule has an empty interval. When WordPress attempts to reschedule the associated schedule_status_custom_status_hook event, it hits a modulo-by-zero calculation and the cron process fatals.

    So the issue is inside the Addify plugin's custom cron schedule, not the server cron configuration and not the Rank Math pending tasks.

    Hi @javnation

    Thank you for sharing the detailed information from your hosting company.

    Based on the information provided, the issue appears to be related to the Addify Custom Order Status plugin, specifically the kaosm_cron_schedule cron schedule registered by that plugin.

    Please note that Addify Custom Order Status is not developed or maintained by Tyche Softwares. Therefore, we would recommend contacting the Addify plugin developers and sharing the hosting company’s findings with them so they can investigate the empty/zero cron interval and provide the appropriate fix.

    If you are using our Custom Order Status for WooCommerce plugin as well, please let us know, and we can separately check anything related to our plugin.

    Thank you for your understanding.
