wp post links redirect

    hi all,

    I am deleting all my post in WP in my domain, i want that where ever there are link back to my site post they should redirect to one single post. Please tell how to do this.

    Are you going to make new posts?

    One way would be to make your 404.php page contain this:

    <?php
   header("Status: 301 Moved Permanently");
   header("Location:http://www.xxxxxx.tld");
?>

    That will redirect all visitors to non-extant pages back to your main page. Obviously you can change it as you need.

    Otherwise you’ll need to do some redirection with .htaccess, and it’ll be messy since you need to know what you’re redirecting FROM.
