Errors logged during injestion

    We have two sites pulling from https://ClarkeCountyLife.com using RESTsyndication plugin.

    For the last week we have been receiving the following error message upon ingestion:
    rest_fetch() – JSON not decoded when fetching /wp-json/wp/v2/posts/?per_page=10.Invalid response received from WP REST API when looking up latest posts.

    We have tried default theme and resetting plugins. Neither worked in rectifying this issue.

    Would there be another issue at hand?

    the receiving sites are:

    https://osceolaclarkedev.com and https://osceolaia.net

    Hi Andrew,

    Do you have Cloudflare or another WAF/CDN running on your site? It’s very likely something other than WP-JSON is blocking you and returning HTML or another HTML error instead of JSON.

    We do have Cloudflare with some country / sites block by IP. But that has not been changed in the last few weeks to suddenly trigger the error.

    As a test, I disabled the IP blocking and cleared caches and still received the error.

    I also checked on WPEngine and we have no additional web rules applied.

    Would you have any other suggestions?
