Timeline block animations do not work

    Per the Timeline block docs, timeline items should start hidden and reveal via Intersection Observer when animateOnScroll is enabled. In practice, no animation is visible.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Insert a default Timeline block (3 stock items), no custom settings.
    2. Publish, view on the front end, scroll to it.
    3. Items are fully visible immediately — no fade, no stagger.

    The Timeline block also does not appear in the plugin’s own Blocks and Extensions settings screen.
