Jetpack Boost Plugin Issues

    Hello Team

    I logged in to my WordPress site and clicked the Customize link in the top-left corner but it appears that this feature is no longer working. Then I deactivated the Jetpack Boost Plugin and now everything looks good. Is this plugin no longer supported?

    Hi @sukhiece –

    Jetpack Boost is still a supported and developed plugin, so it sounds like you may be running into an issue specific to your site.

    It’s also worth noting that the Customize link under Appearance -> Customize only appears when you are using an older, non-block theme (Classic theme). Is it possible you have switched themes recently?
