Promising + great support

Let’s be clear: I consider myself as a beginner with WordPress. After many years working with Joomla, I was curious to discover something new. But of course a little worried about the learning curve I had to expect.

I think Spectra Blocks really helped me in this transition, making things easier and exciting. Well, maybe the difficult part has been I landed here in the middle of a major change (Spectra’s previous generation, then Spectra 3 beta, then Spectra Blocks). Leading me to some quite confusing moments and making me mainly work with “beta tools”. Maybe not the best context to start with something.

But it seems each (quite regular) update is making this solution better, fixing bugs or adding some new options. So yes, I think I’ll stick to Spectra Blocks for now. Brainstorm Force seems to be maintaining this product in a serious and involved way. Maybe sometimes being a little vague about future releases dates, but in the long term, things are improving, slowly but surely.

Last but not least, customer support has always helped me in a fast, nice and efficient way. Even sometimes by sending me video recordings to make things clearer. And even when I was “only” a free user. That’s what I call a good sign from any company. Support never left me alone lost in the desert. This is something that matters.

Can’t wait to see this extension evolve and improve!
