• I have been having a lot of problems with credit card acceptance. I have the latest versions of wordpress, woocommerce and all plugins.

The reCaptcha is enabled, but on the checkout page under the credit card entry area there is no place to enter the reCaptcha code that appears under the credit card fields. The transaction will not go through for either credit cards or paypal. I tried unistalling and reinstalling the plugin with the same result.

What do I do? I am losing customers because of this.

    Hello @nubiesan

I checked your site and found the following browser console error: “Error: Missing reCAPTCHA token”. This indicates that the reCAPTCHA is not generating a valid token. The Site Key and Secret Key may be incorrect, configured for the wrong reCAPTCHA version, or the same value may have been entered in both fields.

Please navigate to: WooCommerce → Settings → Integration → WooCommerce PayPal Payments CAPTCHA

Alternatively, open this page directly: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=integration&section=wppc

Generate a matching Site Key and Secret Key through the Google reCAPTCHA admin console, ensure your store’s domain is registered, and enter the keys into their corresponding fields. Once configured correctly, reCAPTCHA will validate the checkout silently, so customers will not normally need to enter a visible code.

You can find further configuration guidance in our fraud and disputes documentation. Follow it carefully.

    Kind Regards
    Krystian
