• I have the paypal plugin installed and activated, with the credit card option active. Credit card payments and paypal will not go through. I have woopayments partially installed but it is asking for all kinds of information that seems unnecessary. The stripe option will not support paypal. Is there a work around that will not frustrate me and customers?

    Hi @nubiesan,

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into payment issues with PayPal Payments. To troubleshoot this further, could you share what specific errors you’re seeing?

    • Are these showing up on the checkout page, in your browser, or somewhere in the WordPress/WooCommerce dashboard? If yes, can you please share a screenshot or the specific error message?

If there are no error messages, can you please share the details below?

    • Go to WooCommerce > Orders > open the affected order and send us a screenshot of the order note section?
    • What status are the affected orders landing in? Pending, Failed, or something else?
    • Can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and look for the log file “fatal-errors”? Please copy the contents of the “fatal-errors” log and share them with us here. You can review the documentation here to find the log files: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/#woocommerce-logger
    • Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us? You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support (after you scroll down a bit). Once you have the System Status Report file, please share it with us here in your reply

Please hide/remove any sensitive information from your System Status Report, log files, and orders.

To share screenshots, you can use these instructions to link to a 3rd party images site: https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/adding-screenshots-on-the-forums/

Looking forward to your reply to assist you further!
