Does the job, great support

Does the job and works well. Had one issue, and support immediately responded saying solution (to almost my exact request) is in the next release. The next release came out at the same time as the response, so I didn’t have to wait. Furthermore, because the solution didn’t exactly cover my request, a code snippet was also included in the support response.
