Redirect Browserlanguange not working

hi

i have a use case that wont work

when browserlanguage is de-CH,ch,de-AT,at redirecting will go to http://www.dj-madazu.ch
de-DE,de redirecting will go to http://www.dj-madazu.de
when browser is not
de-DE,de,ch-CH,ch,de-AT,at redirection will go to rythm-and-beats.com

for me its easy first two rules set: when rule match ang Language match redirect

the last rule when one rule matsch and language not macht redirect. but this whont work. can you help me ?
