Restoring a backup

    My website suddenly completely disappeared from the internet and I was several times in contact with Ionos. And when they put it back I could no longer update the plugins, when I tried they disappeared completely. They say it is a problem between the theme 2025 and all the plugins ??? As my website now also looks strange, I would like to restore it from an old version. I have Updraft plus nearly from the beginning in 2014, but I have no idea where to find my backups. I would really appreciate your help.

    The default location is the wp-content/updraft directory of your site if you do not have remote storage setup

    Most people send them to remote storage but we do not have access to any of your log files or your backups. If you do have a log file, please post it using a tool such as pastebin.com and I can tell you where it went.
