Form stops loading

    Since your last update, the form ceases to load half way thru. Seems to have something to do with fonts – we’re seeing a ton of errors like this : 

    downloadable font: glyf: Glyph bbox was incorrect; adjusting (glyph 675) (font-family: "Font Awesome 6 Free" style:normal weight:900 width:100 src index:0) source: https://oursite.com/intro/wp-content/plugins/give/build/fonts/fa-solid-900.b6879d41.woff2

    Please advise.

    Glad you reached out, happy to help.

    We’ll need a bit more information please so we can attempt to reproduce this on our sites with the same configuration.

    • your system information – to do this, navigate to GiveWP > Tools > System Info (tab), click the button to Get System Report and copy/paste ALL of the text in your email reply.  Here is a (silent) video showing you were to find and copy this info.

    • A link to your donation form or where you see this error on the screen
    • If its not on a screen and only in a log file, please send that log content as well

    Happy to oblige. But I’d really rather not give out our links. is there an email we can send this to you?

    EDIT : We tested a bunch and realized your plugin has issues with cloudflare’s rocket loader. Please look into this issue. If we deactivate rocket loader for the page where we have your forms, everything works fine.

    Per the above edit – I take it back. Its not cloudflare. We have retested everything and dont find any issue with cloudflare or any other plugin.
