I receive this error message when attempting to login, with the correct credentials, to WordPress admin on the website babyers.com
    “Sorry, that didn’t work.
Please try again or come back later.
    503 Error. Service Unavailable.”.

The website is hosted on Hostgator. I have used ChatGPT to resolve this issue without success. This where I got to with this summary below from my last interaction with ChatGPT. I was then diverted to other issues (unrelated to this) and have just come to look into this again

    ✅ babyers.com public site works
✅ WordPress admin works when Wordfence is disabled
✅ The 503 is caused by Wordfence activation
✅ Fresh Wordfence installation gives the same result
    ✅ PHP 8.3 is OK
    ✅ .user.ini is normal
    ✅ wordfence-waf.php is normal
✅ wflogs/config.php and config-livewaf.php exist and look valid
    ✅ bootstrap.php exists
✅ No new PHP errors are being logged
✅ The problem affects only admin/login, not the public site

Is this a known problem? Is there a solution I have not tried?
    Thanks Ken

    Hi @sekligonline

That error message is not generated by our plugin so please ask your hosting provider for assistance as it may be being generated by them if there is a server fault. If it isn’t a server fault then they can do a grep for the error message in your WordPress file system as it might be another security plugin that you are using.
