  • Hey there,

That block of text is a JavaScript error coming from the WooCommerce admin interface, on the screen used to connect your store and install extensions. Because that page can’t finish loading, the connect and install flow can’t complete, which is why the Quote extension won’t activate. It’s almost never caused by the extension you bought, and there’s a way to get it installed and working right now while we sort out the page itself.

Step 1: Install the Quote extension manually so you can start using it

This method uploads the plugin directly and skips the screen that’s erroring:

    1. On WooCommerce.com, go to your My Subscriptions page: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/
    2. Click the three-dot menu next to the Quote extension and choose Download extension (you can also get it from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/downloads/).
    3. In your site’s WP Admin, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
    4. Choose the .zip file you just downloaded, click Install Now, then Activate.

That gets the extension installed and running on fairfieldproducts.com without touching the page that’s throwing the error. Full steps are here: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-woocommerce-com-subscriptions/installing-extensions/

Step 2: Fix the page so you can connect for updates and support

Installing manually gets you up and running, but to receive automatic updates and support for the extension, your store still needs to connect to WooCommerce.com from that same Extensions page, so it’s worth getting it loading correctly. An error like this often comes from another plugin or your theme interfering with the admin page’s JavaScript, most often a caching, minification, or “optimize JS” plugin. A couple of quick, low-risk checks:

    • Reload WooCommerce > Extensions in a private/incognito browser window with browser extensions turned off, after clearing any site or CDN cache. A stale cached script is a common cause.
    • If it still errors, temporarily deactivate any caching or optimization plugins, clear caches again, and reload the page.

If the page loads after that, you’ve found the area to focus on. If it doesn’t, a full conflict test (switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Five and deactivating other plugins, then re-enabling them one at a time) will pinpoint what’s responsible: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/ and https://woocommerce.com/document/troubleshoot-javascript-errors/

    Step 3: Connect your subscription

Once that page loads correctly, go to WooCommerce > Extensions > My Subscriptions and connect using the same WooCommerce.com account you purchased with (the one tied to invoice US2026-174820). Subscriptions only appear on the site when the connected account matches the purchasing account, so that’s worth double-checking.

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes!
