Uploads failing

    I renewed my Videopress this summer for two years I relocated to a new server host and every upload fails no matter what size mp4 the progress bar shows the upload then when it hits 100% it says upload fails retry. Running the latest VP and WP 7.1 and Cloudflare.

    I am not sure what you mean by the site URL I am uploading using the VP back admin upload function

    Hey @earl_d!

    Since you’re using VideoPress, the videos you upload are added into a WordPress site of yours. Could you please share your site URL, the one where the videos are published and/or stored within the Media Gallery? That helps us troubleshoot your upload failing problem.
