Filterable Gallery – Filter navigation missing on two websites

    Hello Master Addons Support,

    The filter navigation above the Filterable Gallery has stopped appearing on my client’s website, although “Show Filter Nav?” and “Show All Filter Tab” are both enabled and the images have categories assigned.

    I have tried:

    • Adding a new gallery widget on the same page.
    • Creating a gallery on a separate draft page.
    • Reinstalling Master Addons.
    • Installing Master Addons on another website and creating a new gallery there.

    The filters do not appear in any of these cases, including on the second website. The images themselves display correctly.

    An inspection of the portfolio page also showed that the filter navigation was absent from the rendered HTML, rather than simply hidden by CSS.

    Is this a known issue, or could it be a compatibility problem with Elementor? Could you please advise on how to resolve it?

    Hello @marie9480

    Thank you so much for letting us know the issue. We got this issue and it will be resolved in upcoming update. After checking this in our plugin we identified what cause this problem and already started working with the problem. Please allow us sometime to fix and release a new update.

    Thank you for confirming the issue and working on a fix.

    Do you have an estimated release date for the next update? This issue affects my client’s live portfolio, so it would be helpful to know the expected timeframe.

    We are planning to release the update tomorrow. Also started working with your problem so if everything goes smoothly then we will definately release the new update tomorrow and I will notify you.

    As promised , We have released a new update just a few minutes ago. Please update the plugin and your filterable gallery in elementor editor issue will be resolved.
