Email Your compliance check

    Hi, the first day after installing the plugin I received an email with the subject “Your compliance check for <domain>” but I think there are a few issues with it.

    1. It says Cookie banner: Missing. It’s not. The only reason I can think of is that I have “Respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control?” enabled
    2. It says Cookie Policy: Missing. It’s not, it’s even “Generated with Complianz”
    3. It says Impressum: Missing. That’s right, but it’s set to ‘none’ and “Do you target visitors from Germany, Austria, Belgium and/or Spain?” is set to ‘no’
    4. With every ‘Fix this now’ link you click, I get directed to the login page even if I am already logged in. And after login I expect to be redirect to the relevant Complianz plugin page, but it just sends met to the WP dashboard.

    Is Complianz support not active here?

    Thank you for this is really useful feedback.

    I’ve flagged this for us to review the whole email onboarding sequence and the status checks and action links inside those notifications, since the compliance-check email is misreporting status and its links aren’t landing where they should. Thank you for catching it, this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us fix these.
