Hello @amurigate
What happens when you click the “Update Profile” button?
- If all data in the profile form is correct, the plugin should save the data and display the profile in view mode.
- If any fields are filled out incorrectly, the data will not be saved. The plugin will display the profile in edit mode, and notes will appear below the fields containing incorrect data.
Review the entire profile form. One of the fields is likely filled out incorrectly, preventing the profile from being saved.
Also, ensure that a “Biography” (description) field is not added to the profile form. It is unnecessary if the description is already in the profile header.
Regards
I checked what I could check. I’m no tech and not sure what’s going on. Here’s a video of the issue:

Hello
I’ve watched your video. This profile behavior is abnormal. The data isn’t being saved, yet there are no error messages either.
Please first ensure that this page isn’t being cached. Clear and disable all caching on your site, then test the profile update again. A way to disable caching for certain pages depends on the caching plugin or the server caching tool you use. You can find instructions for popular caching plugins and tools in the article Caching problems.
If the page isn’t cached, then saving data on the profile updating may be blocked by errors. Can you please get error details from the debug.log file? This is a file where WordPress collects detailed information about all issues if a debug log is enabled. Follow the instructions in this article to enable the debug log if it has not already been enabled: How to enable debug logging.
Are there “PHP Fatal error” or “PHP Warning” records in the log? Copy error details from the log to this thread if PHP error occurs on profile updating.
Thanks
Yes, I disabled Litespeed Caching and the info saved. It’s still makes no sense to me tho, because no matter how much you fill out the profile, there’s still that sad face looking back at you saying something like “your profile looks kinda empty”. I’m pretty sure that has nothing to do with anything on my end, that’s just a quirky issue with the plugin that needs checked.
