Backup and import doesn’t keep the fields

    I have copied the encrypted string containing the Plugin Settings Data from my dev site to my staging site. But the fields are not imported at all.

    Could you please make sure that you have copied the entire encrypted string from the Plugin Settings Data on your development site and pasted it completely on your staging site?

    Also, please make sure that you are importing the settings between the same plugin (for example, from the Free version to the Free version).
