    Hello,

I am currently using your plugin and I need some help with two issues:

    1. Cannot add an Author Review (Settings missing in Post editor):
I have enabled “Author Review” in the plugin’s global settings. The User Review system works fine and I can submit reviews on the front-end, but I cannot find where or how to add an Author Review. There is no metabox or settings panel appearing in the WordPress post editor (back-office) to let me enter the author score, criteria, or verdict for the article. How can I display an Author Review for a specific post?
    2. Translation issue with “(x out of x)”:
I am translating the plugin using Loco Translate, but the rating string format (x out of x) (e.g., “(5 out of 5)” / “(x sur x)”) does not appear in the translation files, making it impossible to translate into French. Could you please let me know where this string is located or make it translatable?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Best regards,

    Dear @charlie45100 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the delayed response.

I would like to inform you that, in our development environment, when I enable the Author Review option, I can display the author review on a post or page. Please check this video for clarification: https://d.pr/v/C3DeUb.

Please make sure that Author Review is enabled and that you are checking the metabox area of the particular post where you want to display the review. If you are still experiencing the issue, kindly share a short video demonstrating the issue so that we can understand it clearly and take the necessary steps accordingly.

Regarding the translation issue, it appears that the particular string is currently not translatable. I will discuss this with our development team and take the necessary steps accordingly.

Looking forward to your response regarding the first issue. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    Reju

Thanks for your reply; I managed to do it successfully. However, it’s not very practical—the reviews get mixed in with the actual blog posts. In my opinion, they should have been placed in a separate “Reviews” section to clearly distinguish and separate them from the rest.
