My WordPress.com site uses the plugin and it works very well on my own browser, but with Firefox the links to the site styled with other themes (displayed as a “flat” list) do not operate as they should. I’ve sought any Firefox setting that might be interfering, but could find none. Please advise.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Glad to help. Not too familiar with Firefox, but if you can walk me thru the steps of looking at whatever is that you’re looking at, I can definitely take a look and see if there is anything that can be done from the plugin side of things.

Thank you for the prompt response. — Please view the website — http://musicuratum.com — with the Firefox browser, and click on one of the theme names given towards the upper left-hand side of the screen. When I do so, no redirection occurs. (At first I had a similar difficulty on the Chrome browser, which I do not use, but there was one setting on it I adjusted (relating to pop-ups and redirection) which resolved the matter.)

    — The plugin works wonderfully on my own browser (Safari).

Thanks. I clicked on each of the two links in the upper left corner and was redirected both times. Using Firefox browser. So not sure if I am missing something or..?

The issue must be on my end, then. I did look through the various Firefox settings for one which might be preventing the redirects, and I did experiment with the popup and redirect control, but even when turned off the problem persisted. — Do you have an idea of what setting I should look for on the browser?

No sorry I don’t use Firefox too much. I can tell you though that there are *many* errors on the page. To view them, open the browser’s code inspector and visit the Console tab.

I hardly ever use it, and never for my website. Good to hear at least that you encountered no difficulty. — As for all those errors, I looked (not being technically proficient), and I surmise that they relate to the strings I appended to the Youtube and Soundcloud addresses as I input them in the block editor — trying to turn off functions like “related videos” and the like. I had thought I was operating within the permitted specifications of those services, but still it seems to have created some trouble. Although I don’t notice any impairment in the way the page looks on the screen.

Ok understood. Feel free to post again with any further questions, glad to help anytime.

Thank you. One issue across the several themes I did see pertains to the style.css file (supposedly it does not load): this I shall ask one of the WordPress technicians about.
