    I saw this plugin was released and immediately had a non-profit project I’ve been volunteering for that this would be a perfect fit for.

    I installed it and after some custom code I was able to migrate from the existing hardcoded HTML content into the post type and custom fields this plugin uses.

    It was pretty easy and the functionality of the plugin fit our needs. We had meetings that were cancelled and had meetings in the history that we couldn’t find agendas or meeting minutes for. This covers all of those cases.

    One thing I hope to see in the future is pagination by year or a better one block/shortcode that can navigate across many years. This project had 5 years worth and it was a little slow on the host that had no object caching available.

    Pagination by year is an interesting idea. I’ll open a discussion item with the team about that.

    One thing you could do in the interim, is put multiple blocks on a page that are filtered by year. They could be visible below heading blocks, or you could put each board meeting block in a WordPress core tab block, with the years as tab labels. That might approximate a yearly pagination type experience.
