    Let me start with saying that I really love the design and feel of the plugin itself, it’s better, more intuitive and nicer looking than any other comparable plugins on the market. The issue is that the BookticsPro version that I have purchased is not in a state where you can fully utilize it for your booking process. The Paypal connection is not working and the translations via loco translate do not filter all the phrases and words so if you want to translate the plugin content into another language, there is a mix of 2 languages and it does not look trustworthy for a potential customer. But I could live with that if I was told when this would be fixed. Unfortunately the support has not replied for several weeks now. My booking website has been in maintenance mode for weeks as I cannot obtain any response from the support team. I did not get back my money either. This is such a pity because the plugin is really amazing. It’s just not working…

    We will definitely check the PayPal connection and translation issues you mentioned as a priority. Our team will review both points carefully and work to provide you with a proper solution as soon as possible.

    Regarding the support delay, we are genuinely sorry to hear this. This is not the experience we want anyone to have. We normally try to respond to tickets within 4 to 6 hours, so waiting several weeks is certainly unusual. It is possible that your message did not reach our support system correctly, and we would really like to investigate what happened.
