Approve apple pay validation error

    Hi there!

    I use your plugin on my two websites, it works perfectly on my first website! thank you so much! but when i want to test the payment on my second website, the apple pay always failed and shows up APPROVE_APPLE_PAY_VALIDATION_ERROR , i don’t know what is going on because the apple pay works perfectly on my first website, and it shows my domain has been connected to apple pay successfully….could you help me with this!!! thank you so much!!

    Regarding the APPROVE_APPLE_PAY_VALIDATION_ERROR error on your second website, please make sure that the second website’s domain is also registered for Apple Pay under your PayPal account here:

    https://www.paypal.com/uccservicing/apm/applepay

    Even if the domain appears to be connected successfully, it needs to be registered on this page for Apple Pay validation to work correctly.

    Please register the domain of your second website there and then try the payment again.

    If the issue still persists after registering the domain, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot it further.

    Hi there!

    Yes, the domain of my second website is successfully registered!!! that’s why i’m confused that it doesn’t work!! i really need your help to figure it out!!!

    And also one thing i feel really weird is when i try to pay by apple pay but failed, the order email sent to me always shows up that my payment method is Paypal, is that normal?

    Hi there,

    Yes, after a successful Apple Pay payment, the payment method should normally be displayed as “Apple” in the order/payment details.

    Since your domain is already registered successfully, please send us the URL of your second website so we can investigate why Apple Pay validation is failing there.
