Importing myCred Log Issue

    I would like to import some log for some users, but it tells me that my csv file is invalid. I’ve tried everything… but nothing works. Also I exported the logs and tried import it, but nothing happens.

    What is the problem?

    Thank you for reporting this issue.

    We have tested the CSV log import functionality on our staging site and were able to reproduce the issue. We have identified the root cause and have forwarded the details to our development team for further investigation and a fix.
