Supersize Mode does not work

I am trying to enable the supersize option in my galleries, but it is just not working. Currently, I only have the box checked on one gallery. The “Enables or disables supersize mode for gallery lightbox images” box is checked, per the tutorial. Gallery is updated, page refreshed, etc. The magnifying glass shows on the image, but alas, no supersize image.
