exclude home page

    Hi,

    I have worked out how to exclude pages from maintenance mode to public, but not the home page? it is called welcome, and /welcome/ in URL exclusion does not work? is there any work around for this or another exclude pattern i can use?

    I have done a work around by duplicating my home page, and setting up a temporary re-direct to the duplicated home page which is also in the excluded url list.

    Not sure if this a great way of doing it, but it seems to be working at the moment, and i can disable the temporary re-direct when i switch off the maintenance mode – but hoping there is a more elegant way of doing it in the Maintenance Plugin.

    Just enter a single forward slash, / to whitelist the homepage. We’ll add that to the field description in the next update.
