    Hi autobooks,

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the details of the warning you’re seeing.

This warning means WooCommerce is looking for some information related to PayPal that isn’t available at the moment.

It doesn’t necessarily mean that something is broken. If PayPal payments are working normally and you’re not noticing any other issues, this warning can usually be treated as something to investigate rather than an immediate problem.

I’d recommend making sure WooCommerce and the PayPal extension are up to date. If the warning continues, or if you notice any problems with PayPal payments, we can look into it further.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi @autobooks!

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the warning.

    The message:

Undefined array key "id" in .../woocommerce/includes/gateways/paypal/class-wc-gateway-paypal.php on line 856

means that WooCommerce is trying to access an id value from an array, but that value is not available at that moment.

To investigate this further, could you please provide the following?

    • WooCommerce → Status → System Status Report
    • The relevant WooCommerce error log from WooCommerce → Status → Logs

For the error log, please paste the contents using Pastebin and enable “Burn after read” so the log is automatically removed after it has been viewed.

Once you share these details, we can review the warning and determine whether it is affecting your site or if any further action is required.

    Thank you for your cooperation.
