    Constantly disconnecting without warning or notification so my customers don’t get their order confirmations or any other emails.

    We’re sorry to hear about this – missed order confirmations is a serious issue, and we want to get it fixed for you.

    Could you tell us exactly what’s disconnecting? For example, is it the Gmail/Outlook connection under WP Mail SMTP > Settings, or something else?
