Database Optimization Error: 18 Days Unresolved

    I contacted the support team on August 9 regarding the database optimization error. It is now August 27, and the issue has still not been resolved. Furthermore, I have not received any response since August 19, so I have no way of knowing if anyone is actively working on this ticket.

    As a paid user, I am deeply disappointed with this level of support.
