Image on my sidebar

I’m trying to add an image to the very bottom of my sidebar, underneath all of the widgets and directly under the last widget, the tag cloud. I want to put a picture underneath that widget.

I tried editing the tag cloud plugin’s files directly to see if I could put an image into the plugin itself to appear under the tags but that failed.
