I am testing out the plugin and I have a very large form that I tested, and the responses were going through, but not getting emailed to the 2 specified recipients. I created a smaller form for testing and I am still not receiving the email with the response. I have tried various email addresses. Is there something further I need to do?

Hello @ddrachel20

If Forminator is able to send emails in some occasions but not in others, it’s likely that the issue may be related to the email delivery configuration of your site. Forminator uses the configuration of the site in order to send emails. Can you please confirm if that the site is configured to use a real, professional email account to send emails? If not, you may need to use a SMTP plugin and configure your site with a real email account.

Branda has an SMTP module. Please find out more about it here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtp

You can find the free version of Branda here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/branda-white-labeling/

Alternatively, you can try any plugin from the plugin repository here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/smtp/
