Point Usage Limits and Recurring Point Allocation

    Hi,

    We recently installed your plug-in on our site, and it is working well. We would like to know if it is possible to configure the plug-in so that our customers can only use a certain number of points per week or month.

    If so, is it also possible to have a predetermined number of points automatically added to each customer at the beginning of every weekly or monthly period?

    Please let us know if these features are available and, if so, how we can set them up.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in myCred.

    This functionality is partially available, but it is not included in the free version of myCred.

    You can limit the number of points a user can earn within a specific period (daily, weekly, monthly, or lifetime) using the myCred Points Cap add-on. Simply enable the Points Cap hook, set the maximum number of points a user can earn, and choose the reset period (day, week, month, or lifetime).

    However, please note that Points Cap is a premium add-on and is not available in the free version of myCred.

    Regarding automatically adding a predetermined number of points to each user at the beginning of every week or month, this functionality is also not available in the free version. It would require a premium solution or custom development, depending on your requirements.
