vendor store page not found

    Hi, im having problem with Dokan plugin on its free version, first, in the store listing page, the vendor cards doesnt load the logo and the banner defined by the vendor when created, second when you click the link of the store on the store listing page or a product page it leads to page not found, can anybody help me please?

    Thanks for reaching out. We tested the functionality on our end, and both the vendor images and store links are working as expected; video reference: https://d.pr/v/ReGeNF

    There are a few areas that can cause these issues on an individual site. For the missing vendor logo or banner, please try re-uploading the vendor’s profile picture and banner from the vendor dashboard. Also confirm the images are available in Media > Library and that their attachment URLs open correctly.

    For the 404 issue, please try the following:
    1. Go to WP admin > Dokan > Settings > General and confirm the Vendor Store URL is set to a simple, unique slug such as store.
    2. Make sure the Dokan Store Listing page is published and configured correctly.
    3. Go to WP admin > Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes without making any changes. This refreshes WordPress rewrite rules. Once done, clear your site, browser, and CDN caches if applicable.
