    Hello, is it possible to import an Excel list which contains different passwords for different users (who are not in WordPress –> Users)?

    name                   e-mail                                         password
    John                      john@test.com                           12345
    Jane                      jane@something.com                54321

    I want to create all passwords by myself.

    Yes, this is possible with Password Protect WordPress Pages & Posts Pro, but it requires the Password Suite extension in addition to PPWP Pro.

    With Password Suite, you can import passwords from a CSV file, allowing you to create your own passwords for different users without requiring those users to have WordPress accounts.

    You can prepare your CSV with columns such as Name, Email, and Password, then import it using the instructions in our documentation:

    Import/Export Passwords via CSV

    So for your use case, you would need PPWP Pro + Password Suite. The passwords can be created by you rather than being automatically generated.
