Missing logic check in template rendering

    wc_get_template() in frontend.php treats a matching order status as sufficient and never requires the main enable option. And this causes the saved layout to be rendered on order-received page, even though it’s been disabled. Also lacking the same check for page_template_hierarchy() function in frontend.php
