    Hello Mickey,

Thank you very much for reaching out to our support team. We are truly committed to delivering the best support service possible and are doing our utmost to assist you effectively.

This issue may be caused by a file permission configuration on your server. To help us investigate further, could you please access your website files using a file manager or an FTP client and check the permissions assigned to the backup archive and installer.php files?

These files can be found in the duplicator backups folder located in \wp-content\duplicator-backups under the root directory of your website. In addition, please let us know which version of the Duplicator plugin you are currently using.

We truly appreciate your time and cooperation, and we look forward to hearing back from you.

    Warm regards,
