• Hi, I recently updated from 1.9.1 to 1.9.6 and the filter stopped working. Installed the 1.9.1 version again, but that did not resolve the issue. The filter is displaying the correct items in the side bar, but the content is not updated. How do we display the filtered items again? Thanks in advance 🙂

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jjw-1

The development team is aware of this issue. There are no fixes yet in the newer versions of the plugin to make it work exactly the same as it did before, without the query selection option. The fix is still in progress. The issue occurs on archive pages that use Divi templates, where two main queries are present.

For now, you can downgrade to version 1.9.1, which you can download from the bottom of the page here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/filter-everything/advanced/

Hi, thanks for getting back. So downgrading to 1.9.1 also means downgrading Woocommerce to the previous version? Sorry for my ignorance but the filter has gone in Woo 11, I read earlier that we should downgrade to 10.9.4 -> can you confirm and is this doable without consequences for orders that have been made in the meanwhile?

just did a test and downgrading to Woo 10.9.4 + filter everything 1.9.1 is the working combo

@jjw-1 We have contacted the development team regarding the progress on this, and they said that there might be a solution within a few weeks.

So, at the moment, your setup should be good to keep it running.

    Best regards,
    Victor
