Plugin was buggy, but excellent support

After a general plugin update, our website ran into serious issues. We were able to narrow down the cause to WholesaleX plugin version 3.0.3.

I contacted their support team, and their response was very fast. They quickly identified the issue and provided a fix that resolved the problem.

The support team definitely deserves 5 stars. I’m giving an overall 4-star rating, however, because the plugin itself caused a significant issue after the update.

Great support when it really mattered.
