• Hi,

Instead of using a distance-based rate, I wanted to know if I could set a fixed price?

    What I need:

If my town is less than 50 km from the shop, the delivery charge is €50.
If it’s further than that, the delivery charge is €100.

I’m not sure if this is actually possible with the plugin?

    Thank you for your reply

    Hi,

    Yes, that should work.

For a flat price by distance range, you can set the Distance rate to 0 and use a fixed surcharge as the actual shipping charge.

    Example setup:

    • First row: distance range 0–50 km, Distance rate = 0, Surcharge type = Fixed, Surcharge amount = 50 EUR
    • Second row: distance range above 50 km, Distance rate = 0, Surcharge type = Fixed, Surcharge amount = 100 EUR

With this setup, the plugin still calculates the delivery distance through the selected API provider, but the final shipping cost comes from the fixed surcharge amount instead of a per-distance rate.

If it does not behave as expected, please share your:

    • WooReer version
    • WordPress and WooCommerce versions
    • API provider in use
    • screenshot of the table rate configuration
    • exact checkout result or error message

    Best regards,
    Sofyan
