WordPress 7.1 Breaks Collapsing Mobile Submenus

In testing WordPress 7.1 it appears that the update sets all child submenu ARIA states (.wp-block-navigation-submenu__toggle) to true when clicking the mobile menu button (.wp-block-navigation__responsive-container-open). This causes all submenus to expand despite Ollie’s navigation styles. I am not certain if this is the expected behavior with WP 7.1, but it breaks the collapsing mobile submenus that Ollie styles so well.
