• A very good and lightweight alternative to large page builders. BlockFlow works well with the native Gutenberg editor and FSE while providing much more control over layouts, responsiveness, and block styling. Conditional asset loading and the overall focus on avoiding unnecessary bloat are also big advantages.

One feature I would really like to see in future versions is integration with Secure Custom Fields (SCF).

A great direction would be adding Dynamic Data / Dynamic Tags, allowing BlockFlow blocks to use SCF fields directly as data sources, for example:

    • Heading → SCF text field
    • Text → textarea / WYSIWYG field
    • Image → image field
    • Button → URL field
    • Icon / Info Card → SCF field values
    • Gallery → SCF gallery field

An even bigger improvement would be a Query Loop / Dynamic Grid feature that could display Custom Post Types created with SCF and filter them by taxonomies or custom fields.

For example: I create a “Projects” CPT in SCF, add fields such as image, description, author, and URL, then build a project card in BlockFlow and automatically display those projects in a grid without writing custom PHP.

This kind of integration could make BlockFlow a very powerful, yet still native WordPress solution for building more advanced websites without relying on Elementor or other heavy page builders.

A very promising plugin. Looking forward to future updates!
