Redirection feature not working

Hello, running WP 7 and the latest plugin update.

The plugin has a feature called “Redirection URL: Redirect URL when someone tries to access the wp-login.php page and the wp-admin directory while not logged in.”

I’ve tried with multiple different pages but going to wp-login.php, does no redirection.

Is there something i’m doing wrong?

I’ve tried redirecting to a page created by wordpress.
