In the settings, the ELEMENTOR forms option does not appear….I have added your plugin on my other sites and it worked fine.

Is it a classic Elementor v3 form or a new Elementor v4 atomic form? And are you using elementor pro?
Atomic forms are not supported yet but I made this pull request: https://github.com/ElliotSowersby/simple-cloudflare-turnstile/pull/89
