New feature : default duration

    Hi Shahadat,

    I suggest another feature, implement a default duration for posts. This duration could be set in setting panel -> “Default post duration : X months”. When a default duration is set, when creating post, the deletion post field in meta box is already set to x months in future. (it can be adjust if necessary). This feature would be useful for sites with season rotation posts.

    Hi Sylvain,

    Thanks for another great suggestion! A default post duration setting is a really smart idea, especially for sites with seasonal or rotating content. I like the idea of pre-filling the deletion date meta box automatically (while still letting it be adjusted per post) — that would save a lot of manual work.

    I’ll be working on this feature in the near future.
