Text color

The blue color is because these headings are links. And apparently, your theme generally colors links blue.

Since I’m not familiar with your theme, the only quick solution I can think of is using CSS:

.entry-title a {
  color: inherit;
}

You’d need to add this under Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS.
